Can’t reach them, the websites gives you issues registering works. They do not answer your emails, I’m in a bit of a time crunch because after my experience with them I want to change collection societies and they just don’t answer.

Completely unreachable and unreliable customer service
Shit, you can borrow studios for free! I don't have much other experience with them, I was on a tour with the school once a long time ago. It's a good place, I think?
Among the laxest customer service I've ever experienced. As several others seem to have picked up on, STIM is more interested in looking good than being good.
